Ingredients:


* 1 cup gluten-free oats

* 1/2 cup of ground almonds

* 1/4 cup ground flax seeds

* 1/4 cup chia seeds

* 1/4 cup of honey

* 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

* 1/4 teaspoon of salt

* 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt

* 1/2 cup of fresh fruits (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.)


Instructions:


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, ground almonds, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

3. Spread the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the granola is golden.

5. Let cool completely.

6. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.

7. Top with the granola.

8. Enjoy!


Tips:


* You can add other ingredients to the granola, such as nuts, seeds, or chocolate pieces.

* You can use any kind of fresh fruit you want.

*You can store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

**Ingredients:**


* 2 slices of whole wheat bread

* 1 ripe avocado

* 1 teaspoon lemon juice

* 1/4 teaspoon of salt

* 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

* 2 eggs

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese


**Instructions:**


1. Toast the slices of bread.

2. While the bread slices are toasting, prepare the avocado. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.

3. In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook until cooked to your liking.

4. Place the avocado on the toasted bread slices. Add the eggs and cheeses.

5. Bake tostadas at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve immediately.


**Tips:**


* For a more intense flavor, you can add a little chili powder or paprika to the avocado.

* You can also add other ingredients to your toast, such as tomatoes, onions, bacon or mushrooms.

* 1 cup almond flour

* 1 teaspoon of baking powder

* 2 large eggs

* 1/2 cup almond milk

* 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

* 1 tablespoon of honey

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries), for serving

* Whipped cream, to serve


Instructions:


1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract.

3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

4. Add the berries to the dough and mix gently.

5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake.

7. Cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.

8. Serve the pancakes warm with whipped cream and berries.

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the salt and pepper.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
3. Add the eggs to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until cooked to your liking.
4. Remove the eggs from the pan and place them on a plate.
5. Add the bacon and avocado to the eggs and mix well.
6. Serve immediately.

Tips:

* For fluffier eggs, beat them for a few minutes before cooking.
* For a stronger flavor, add a splash of milk or cream to the eggs before cooking.
*To add a bit of crunch, cook the eggs in a nonstick skillet over high heat.
