Delicious keto recipe Yogurt bowl with keto granola and fruits
Ingredients:
* 1 cup gluten-free oats
* 1/2 cup of ground almonds
* 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
* 1/4 cup chia seeds
* 1/4 cup of honey
* 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt
* 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup of fresh fruits (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, ground almonds, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
3. Spread the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the granola is golden.
5. Let cool completely.
6. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and fresh fruit.
